1. What this policy covers
Our website introduces the Inka Kings store opening soon in Long Jetty and invites the community to help shape our product range. This policy covers the current website and suggestions submitted through it.
You can make a suggestion without giving your name or contact details. Information about a product is not necessarily personal information. However, a response may contain personal information if it identifies you or another person, or makes someone reasonably identifiable.
2. Information in a product suggestion
When you submit the form, we receive the information you enter in these fields:
- The country or countries you would like represented
- The products you would like us to consider
- Specific brands, if you choose to include them
- The product category
- Any additional notes or suggestions you choose to provide
The country field asks about the range you would like to see. It does not ask for your nationality, ethnic background or country of residence.
The form also saves a generated submission reference and the submission date and time. These help us manage suggestions and avoid duplicate submissions. The form does not request your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
3. How we use suggestions
We use the information submitted to:
- Research products and brands that may be suitable for Inka Kings
- Plan and review the store’s proposed product range
- Understand community preferences and customer demand across countries and product categories
If you contact us by email about a suggestion or a privacy matter, we use the email address and information you provide to respond and handle your request.
Submitting a product suggestion does not guarantee that Inka Kings will source, stock or sell that product or brand.
4. What you should leave out
Please keep your suggestion about products. Do not submit sensitive or confidential personal information, including health information, identity documents, financial details, passwords or private information about another person. Do not include confidential business information or material you are not authorised to share.
Providing a suggestion is voluntary. You can browse the website without submitting the form. If you choose to submit, the country, product and category fields are required; brands and additional notes are optional.
5. Storage and disclosure
Submitted suggestions are stored electronically in the website’s database for product research and range planning. The website does not display submissions publicly.
We use the information for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information if required or authorised by law, or to carry out a request you make. Please contact us if you have included personal information that you would like us to remove.
6. Access, correction and removal requests
You may email info@inkakings.net to ask about personal information you have provided, request access or correction, or ask us to remove it. Please provide enough detail to help us locate the submission, such as its approximate date and the product you suggested. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Because the form does not ask for your identity, we may be unable to link a suggestion to you. If necessary, we may ask for limited further information to verify that a request concerns your information and to protect other people’s privacy. We will consider your request and respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Privacy questions or complaints
Contact Inka King Proprietary Limited at info@inkakings.net with your question or complaint, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider the matter and respond within a reasonable time.
You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for information about privacy rights and complaint options. The OAIC can consider complaints within its jurisdiction. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable privacy law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our information handling or applicable law. We will display the revised policy and its last-updated date on this page. Any new use of personal information remains subject to applicable law.
